Payment Policy:
A $100 deposit is required to secure all bookings. The balance is payable on the day of treatment. This deposit is refundable if the appointment is cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Your deposit can be held for rescheduled appointments with at least 48 hours notice. If a booking is cancelled/rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment, the $100 deposit is forfeited and another $100 deposit will be required for future bookings.
We accept payment by all major credit cards (included American Express), electronic transfer, cash, Zippay or Afterpay.
No Show Policy:
Any client that does not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit the $100 deposit and will be required to pay in full for any future appointments.
Hygiene Policy:
If there are any blemishes, active cold sores or infections in the area to be treated, Kate will not be able to perform the procedure until it has completely cleared. If you are unsure if you have limitations for treatment, please ask upon booking to avoid disappointment or loss of deposit.
Complimentary Touch Up Policy:
Feather and Lace Cosmetic Tattoo offers a complimentary touch-up appointment with all Signature Eyebrow Services. To ensure desired results and longevity of your new tattoo, we advise this be booked from 4 – 6 weeks of your initial appointment. A maximum of 8 weeks from the initial appointment is allowed to re-book this touch-up treatment. If this time frame is exceeded additional charges will apply – no exceptions.
Gift Voucher Policy:
Please choose carefully when purchasing online gift vouchers – we do not offer refunds for gift vouchers. Our gift vouchers are one-time use and cannot be redeemed by multiple people or for services other than the treatment or value purchased. Vouchers can be redeemed at both Robina and Coomera locations and do not expire. Please keep a copy of the voucher emailed to you to present at your appointment – you can print or simply display directly from your device. You can also redeem your voucher code when using our online booking system – this will eliminate the need to pay a deposit when creating your booking. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash or services other than the specified value. If you have further questions regarding our gift vouchers please contact us prior to purchase.
Refund policy:
Cosmetic tattooing is a semi-permanent service and the outcomes are different for each individual. A thorough consultation is provided prior to your treatment to ensure you are completely satisfied with the result. We do not offer refunds for services provided and take the necessary steps to ensure customer satisfaction. We will advise if you are not suitable for this service prior to treatment and always inform you on how to achieve the best results.
