HOW TO BUY A GIFT CARD:

1. Select the service or value you would like to purchase by clicking the “Add to cart” button. This will take you to the Checkout page.
2. Complete your personal details at the top of the Checkout page – Please make sure these details are accurate as the gift card will be emailed to you directly.
3. Check that the correct service or value is waiting in your cart (this is displayed at the bottom of the Checkout page). If this is not correct you can remove items from your cart by deleting the quantity and clicking “Update“. You can add multiple items to your cart by returning to the previous store page and clicking the “Add to cart” button for other services.
4. If you have a discount code please enter this in the “Coupon” box in the bottom right corner of the Checkout page and hit “Update” before proceeding with payment. It will apply your discount to the total immediately. Any discount codes you enter will apply to all items in your cart automatically.
5. Click the “Pay now and complete order” button to enter your credit/debit card details to process a secure payment.

Our gift certificates will be emailed directly to you or the recipient once you have completed check out. They can be printed or redeemed directly from your device when booking online. Our vouchers are redeemable at our Robina Studio and do not expire. Please see our full terms and conditions prior to purchase as we cannot refund gift vouchers. If you would like to nominate a different value to those listed please contact us to make special arrangements.
